Grenzwerte für einzelne Eiweißaufnahme!?
Gibts es eurer Meinung nach Grenzwerte über separate Eiweißaufnahme,
sprich , der Körper kann pro Mahlzeit nur eine bestimmte Menge Eiweiß
verkraften?
Es gibt doch den Mythos oder Fakt!?,dass der Körper pro Mahlzeit nur eine bestimmte Menge Eiweiß verarbeiten kann.
Viel. habt ihr seriöse Quellen wo ich das Nachlesen kann.
Ich spreche nicht über die Gesamtmenge Eiweiß pro Tag.
Wenn aber der Körper zß nur 50g Eiweiß verarbeiten kann,und man würde 70 g
zu sich nehmen...
Was macht er dann mit den 20 g Überschuß??Sicher nicht als Fett anlegen ,
wenn die Kalorienbilanz am Ende des Tages ausgeglichen ist.
Habe schon gegoogelt,jeder sagt etwas anderes,und kann keine Quelle nennen.
Bei Dr.Moosburger konnte ich leider darüber auch nichts finden.

Mythos. Denk doch mal nach.. Wie schlecht wäre es unseren Vorfahren gegangen, wenn sie pro Mahlzeit nur eine bestimmte Menge an Eiweiß aufnehmen hätten können?
Alles, was du aufnimmst, bleibt im Magen-Darm-Trakt, bis es verdaut oder anders verwertet wurde - bis auf Reste halt.
Da fließt nichts ungenutzt durch. Das könnte sich ein Organismus gar nicht leisten, schon gar nicht so einer wie der Mensch, also einer mit sehr hohem Energieverbrauch.

Das der Mensch noch die Verdauung unserer Vorfahren hat ist mir klar.
Das wäre auch mein/ein Argument,dass es Unsinn ist.
Denoch hält sich diese Gretchenfrage genauso, wie der Mythos des Fettstoffwechseltrainings mit geringer Intensität.
Irgendwo muss das seinen Ursprung/Ansatz etc haben,wieso viele Leute glauben,es gäbe Grenzwerte.

Denke es hängt davon ab wie eng man das sieht.. Einmal resorpiert der Körper sicher nicht 100% des Eiweiss das du zuführst (Stichwort "Biologische Wertigkeit") und der Verdauungsvorgang wird sicher nicht 'beliebig' lange dauern können. Auch scheint der Körper nicht jedes Protein aufnehmen zu können (zumindest interpretiere ich den Teil über die Molekülmasse so, http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proteinurie#Grundlagen). Das alles legt den Schluss nahe daß es schon eine theoretische Höchstmenge gibt die der Körper 'auf einmal' (eigentlich auch lächerlich der Begriff wenn die Verdauung Stunden dauert..) aufnehmen kann.. allerdings bezweifel ich sehr stark daß man diese für 'praktische Zwecke' erreichen kann und man daher unter gewissen Voraussetzungen schon sagen kann daß 'alles' aufgenommen wird..
