Sexy Summer Body Workout

Today’s workout was 20 minutes long and we were using our Interval Timers (http://www.gymboss.com/?src=IAP) (click the blue links for more info) to keep track of the rounds. You will also need a pull up bar (http://www.ultimatebodypress.com/?avad=20761_caa0eb3)and a dip station (http://www.ultimatebodypress.com/?avad=20761_caa0eb3). Each minute represents one round and your goal is to complete as many reps as you can during each minute. This workout is brutal due it’s high intensity and no rest in between rounds. Rude Boy Workout

Today I have a great workout for you that was inspired by Rhianna’s Rude Boy song so I hope that you will give it a try. There are 3 parts and the entire workout takes only 17 minutes. Part 1 – 6 minutes of interval training
Set your Interval Timer for 6 rounds and two intervals of 10 seconds and 50 seconds. The 10 second interval is the rest interval and your goal is to do as many reps as you can during the 50 second interval. Whoop Ass Workout

This workout is an interval training so you will need an interval timer – I am using my cool Gymboss Interval Timer (http://interneka.com/affiliate/AIDLink.php?BID=11452&AID=39182). There are 2 different intervals. The first one is 40 seconds of skipping and the second one is 20 seconds for the different strength exercises. You will have a short rest after each 4 minute circuit – enough time to grab a sip of water and reset your timer for the next round. The entire workout takes only 20 minutes so keep it really intense and push hard.

Banging Body Workout

Today I did my workout for the first time with Bozenka. Bozenka is my new 8kg kettlebell. I heard that when you get a new kettlebell you are suppose to give it a name. Frederick called his new 16kg kettlebell Karel. I am new to kettlebells, but I am already hooked and I like the variety and challenge that they bring. I think that kettlebells are also way cooler and more practical than dumbbells. You don’t need to have a whole set of kettlebells. You can do tons of exercises with just one. Sweat Like a Pig Workout

Today’s workout takes only 20 minutes and there are 5 rounds of 6 exercises. Each round is 4 minutes long. It’s an interval training so you will need an interval timer. Each round is made up of two intervals: 10 seconds of rest and 30 seconds of maximum effort that you will repeat 6 times (6 exercises). I am using my Gymboss Interval Timer (http://interneka.com/affiliate/AIDLink.php?BID=11452&AID=39182) as usual. Sexy Chick Workout

Todays workout is short but brutal. You will start with 5 reps of the one leg squat for each leg, then you will do 5 slow reps of pull ups, and at the end you will do 4 minutes of high intensity interval cardio with the jump rope. Set your timer for 8 rounds of a 10 second rest interval and 20 seconds maximum effort. Repeat the whole routine twice. Booty Moving Workout

Today’s workout was a lot of fun and a lot of sweat. There are two parts in this routine. In the first part you will be counting your reps, but it’s not a time challenge so make sure that you are focusing mainly on your proper form. Tight Summer Booty Workout
